ExperienceI graduated from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. I now work as an elementary school teacher in a private school in Yorba Linda. I have learned a lot about teaching, and how important it is to developing a well rounded education that includes not only the basic academic subjects, but also music and art. I have a passion for integrating science, technology, and the arts in the classroom. I think this makes learning more fun and effective for my students. Although I've taught children from kindergarten through seventh grade, I have a special affinity for students in the early grades in elementary school. Through my education and experience, I have worked with children from diverse backgrounds and find myself easily able to relate to all types of students. My love of learning didn't end with my degree, and I like to inspire my students with my continuing passion for learning. I strive to create a positive and engaging learning experience for each student. When tutoring, I focus on the subject at hand, but also pay attention to the social, intellectual, and emotional development of students, as all these are required for the most effective learning experiences.
