Experience
I have been tutoring for some time now. I love helping students understand and appreciate math and the Chinese language and culture. Currently, I am learning Japanese as I will be taking a group of students to Japan in 2020. With all the math, science, and language classes I have taken and am taking, I constantly challenge myself to put myself in my students' shoes, understand their fears of learning a new topic and come up with strategies to help my students/tutees overcome learning struggles.
