I graduated with my Bachelor of Science from Westfield University in Kinesiology in 2013 where I had a 3.5 GPA.
Experience
I tutored for 1 year at the University level during my senior year as an undergraduate where I was recommended to tutor by my professors and tutored over 20 students. I've worked as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher covering all subjects for Middle School and High School where I also received experience working with autistic and developmentally challenged individuals. I have completed 146 hours of college level coursework in 4 years due to the fact that I changed my major. I overloaded my schedule my final 2 years of college on top of working and took 31 credits during summer and winter sessions in order to reach my goal. I am truly a self motivated person and my motivation rubs off on other people. I have worked as a personal trainer the last 2 years and a physical therapist's aide where I have helped countless people change their lives for the better. I use an educational approach from my years of acquiring both empirical and scholarly experience to train my clients. I work as a personal trainer and a physical therapist's aide where I am constantly guiding others to rehabilitate and strengthen their bodies. I love to teach and I plan on teaching at the University level in the future. I am working to save money to go to Graduate School for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and I plan on opening my own clinic. Hobbies
Wherever I go in live I am drawn towards helping others. I am the happiest when I know that I am truly making a difference in someone's life and they are grateful for it. Because of this characteristic I find myself in professions that are geared towards helping others such as tutoring. I am from Massachusetts where I grew up for 23 years and went to school. I moved to Brea, CA the end of October 2014. I love adventure and believe that internal confidence and a willingness to do whatever it takes are the keys to achieving anything you put your mind to. I love sports as well as powerlifting/bodybuilding as hobbies. I played basketball all 4 years in High School and played lacrosse as well. I have helped countless people improve their bodies and their minds and will continue to do so for life.
